PetJumbo currently ships to addresses within the United States only.
Shipping cost
Standard U.S. shipping is currently free unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Processing & delivery
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated carrier transit times vary by product and destination and are generally 2–8 business days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, address issues or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Multiple-item orders
Items in the same order may occasionally arrive separately.
Delays or unavailable items
If we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe communicated when you purchased, we will contact you with an updated estimate and, where required, give you the option to cancel the affected item for a full refund.
Address changes
