By placing an order through PetJumbo, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.
1. Store Availability
PetJumbo currently accepts orders for delivery to addresses within the United States only.
Products, prices and availability may change from time to time.
2. Products
We aim to describe, photograph and present products accurately.
Actual colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting or reasonable manufacturing variation.
Product measurements are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. Customers should review dimensions, sizing information and product details before purchasing.
Products sold through PetJumbo are pet comfort, mobility, travel and household products. Statements concerning comfort, support or similar benefits are general product descriptions and are not veterinary or medical advice and do not mean that a product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any medical condition.
If your pet has a medical condition or mobility problem, consult an appropriate veterinary professional.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD).
The price shown at checkout is the product price applicable to your order. Shipping charges, if any, and applicable taxes required to be collected will be displayed before you place the order.
We may change prices at any time, but a later price change will not affect an order already accepted by us.
4. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products in your cart.
After placing an order, you will normally receive an electronic confirmation.
We may cancel an order before dispatch where reasonably necessary, including where:
- a product becomes unavailable;
- an obvious material pricing or listing error occurred;
- payment cannot be authorized or verified;
- the delivery address cannot reasonably be serviced;
- we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorized payment.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
We will not knowingly replace an ordered product with a materially different product without your agreement.
5. Payment
Payment is processed through third-party payment providers.
PetJumbo currently uses Stripe to process card payments.
Your card statement may identify the merchant by our legal business name, SM SEAMLESS DIGITAL LTD, together with other transaction information where supported.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information and for being authorized to use the selected payment method.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Our current shipping terms, delivery estimates and procedures are explained in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Where we become unable to ship within a promised timeframe, we will handle the delay and any cancellation/refund rights in accordance with applicable law and our Shipping Policy.
7. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
Our current return, cancellation and refund rules are contained in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Availability and Fulfilment
Product inventory can change quickly.
If a product becomes unavailable after you order but before dispatch, we may:
- cancel the affected item and issue a refund; or
- contact you about an alternative solution.
We will not knowingly substitute a product shipped from a materially different fulfilment arrangement where that would materially alter the delivery terms promised when you ordered without notifying you where appropriate.
9. Accounts
Where customer accounts are available, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity carried out using your account.
Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.
We may restrict or close an account being used fraudulently, unlawfully or in a manner harmful to PetJumbo or other users.
10. Website Use
You may use PetJumbo for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes.
You must not knowingly:
- interfere with the security or operation of the website;
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
- use automated systems to abuse, overload or scrape the website in a harmful manner;
- submit false, fraudulent or unlawful orders;
- upload malicious code or content.
11. Intellectual Property
The PetJumbo name, branding, website design and original website content belong to SM SEAMLESS DIGITAL LTD or are used under appropriate licence.
Product images and other materials may also belong to their respective rights holders or be provided under commercial licences.
Nothing in these Terms transfers intellectual-property rights to you.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
PetJumbo relies on third-party services for functions such as payments, hosting, communications and delivery.
The website may also contain links to external websites.
We are not responsible for the independent content, availability or privacy practices of third-party websites that are not operated by SM SEAMLESS DIGITAL LTD.
13. Disclaimer and Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SM SEAMLESS DIGITAL LTD will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable at the time the relevant transaction occurred.
Our liability relating to an individual product remains subject to any mandatory consumer protections and rights that apply to that transaction.
14. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including serious carrier disruption, natural disasters, severe weather, governmental action, widespread network failures, strikes or similar events.
This does not remove any cancellation or refund right that applicable law gives you where an order cannot be fulfilled.

By using PetJumbo, you acknowledge that personal information will be processed as described in that policy.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The Terms applicable to an order are generally those published when that order is placed, except where a change is required by law or specifically agreed with you.
The current version and revision date will always be displayed on this page.
17. Governing Law
These Terms and the operation of PetJumbo are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
This choice of law does not remove any mandatory consumer protection that applicable law gives you and which cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.
Any dispute will be dealt with by a court having lawful jurisdiction over the matter.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
